(b) The purpose of the Trust herein

created is to hold and retain and preserve said residential real

property, together -with the tangible personal property located
therein, as homeplaces and residences for the living children of
I
PATRICIA ANN MANACK until the youngest of said children of
PATRICIA ANN MANACK attains the age of 21 years. My Trustee
is to allow said tieing children of PATRICIA ANN MANACK,
together with their respective spouses, if any, and children, if
any, to.reside in said residences at atl times, without payment of

any rent.

(c) In the event said residential . ~
houses or house is not occupied by any of the living chitdren of #

PATRICIA ANN MANACK, the Trustee shall have futl right and
power to rent or lease said real property and to use the income
from said rentals for the purpose of paying property taxes, insur-
ante premiums, maintenance, repair, upkeep, and necessary re-
placements.
(d) I further direct my Trustee to pay
~ all property taxes, insurance premiums, necessary repairs,

maintenance, and replacements, and any property assessments,
om the income om said properties, if any, and then from funds

said Trustee will receive from my Residuary Trust for said pur-
pose as provided hereinafter.
(e) In the event it becomes a physical
or financial burden to my Trustee to retain said residential real
estate prior to the time fixed for termination of this Trust, then
