I grant my Trustee full power to sell said residential real
estate, together with such of the fixtures, equipment, furrriture,
and furnishings as, the said children of PATRICIA ANN MANACK
do not wish for their own use. Said Trustee shall have full
power of sale Under said conditions without Court Order, and
shall have power to pay from said sale proceeds alt expenses of
sale. My said Trustee shall then hold and retain the net -sale pm-
ceeds in Savings Accounts, Certificates of Deposit, or Bonds until
the youngest of the living children of PATRICIA ANN MANACK
attains the age of 23 years, and, at such time, my said Trustee
shall distribute the said corpus, all accumulated income, and all
remaining tangible personal property to the then living children
of PATRICIA ANN MANACK, and this Trust shall terminate. In
the event there are no living children of PATRICLA ANN MANACK
at the time set for distribution and termination, then my Trustee
shall distribute the Trust corpus and all accumulated income to

~ the then living children of my daughter, MARGARET LOUISE
- EAGLOXKI, and this Trust shall terminate.

further authorized and instructed to make distribution of the above

described residential real estate, together with the tangible per-
sonal property located therein, to the Trustee named herein as
soon as practical after my death. I further direct that said Trustee,
and the living children of PATRICIA ANN MANACK, shall have full
~ right to any income from, or to occupy and use, said houses and
personal property without payment of any rent or other remuneration

from the time of my death until formal distribution.
