FINAL TERMINATION IN
EVENT SAID PROPERTIES ARE RETAINED BY TRUSTEE.
At such time as MARY JOSEPHINE MANACK, or at such time
as the youngest living child of PATRICLA ANN MANACK, attains
the age of 21 years, my Trustee named herein shalt make final
distribution of said residential real estate, together with all
tangible personal property located therein, and together with
any accum:~lated income, if any, by distributing an undivided
equal interest, title, and right in said properties to the then
living children of PATRICZA ANN MANACK, and, in the event
there are not then living children of PATRICIA ANN MANACK, by
distributing an undiuided equal interest, title, and right in said real
and personal properties to the then living children of MARGARET
LOUISE EAGLOSKI, and this Trust shall terminate.
ARTICLE FOURTH

I devise and bequeath one fourth (1/4) of
~ all the rest, residue, and remainder of my property, including one-

fourth of the proceeds from any insurance proceeds which are pay-
able to my Estate, and including one fourth of any lapsed legacies
or devises hereunder, to my daughter, MARGARET LOUISE
EAGLOSKI, absolutely and in fee simple, provided she survives
he edeceases me I devise and be ueath this one-

fourth of all the rest, residue, and remainder of my property to
NORBERT EAGLOSKI, as Trustee, IN TRUST, for the use and
benefit of the issue of MARGARET LOUISE EAGLOSKI; and I order

daughter, MARGARET LOUISE EAGLOSKI, might have been entitled
