ARTICLE SIXTH
Creation of TRUST A. 1 give, devise,
and bequeath five-eighths of one-half of alt the rest, residue,
and remainder of my property, including five-eights of one-half
of the proceeds from w: y insrr ante policies which are payable
to my Estate, w:d including five-eights of one-half of any lapsed
legacies or devises hereunder, to MARGARET LOUISE EAGLOSKI,
as Trustee, IlV TRUST, to be held, manarged, and distributed by
my Trustee in a separate 1'~ist known as "TRUST A for the use
and benefit of her children, who are my grandchildren, to wit:
SHARON LOUISE KINDER, KAREN JEAN EAGLOSKI, PATTI ANN
SCHOEN, CATHRYN SUE EAGLOSKI, and 1h'ORBERT EDWARD
EAGLOStfi, and upon the following terms and conditions, and upon
tle terms and conditions set out in ARTICLE
1. TRUST PERIOD. The Trust -herein
created shall come into existence as soon as Trust property is

received by the Trustee from my Personal Representatives and
shall contira~e as hereinafter provided.
2. SITUS OF TRUST "A". The situs
of TRUST "A" created in this ARTICLE SIXTH shall be the State
of West Virginia, but the Trustee herein named shall not be required
to file any reports to a Commissioner of Accounts or apply to any
Court in order to carry out the purpose of the Trust herein created.
3. TRLS T FUNDS. Atl property or funds
paid to, or received by, the Trustee by the provisions of this Witl, and
all funds and property received by it from the conversation, exchange,
