ARTICLE SEVENTH
Creation of TRUST B. I give, devise,

and bequeath theree-eights of one-half of alt the rest, resid:ie,
acid remainder of my property, including three-eights of one-half
of the proceeds from any insurance policies which are payable to
my Estate, a rtd includ ircg three -eights of one -half of any lapsed
legacies or devises hereunder, to PATRICIA ANN MANACK, as
Trustee, IN TRUST, to be held,managed,and distributed by my
Trustee in a separate Trust known as "TRUST B", for the rise and
benefit of her children, who are my grandchildren, to wit: JOHN ~

MELVIN MANACK, ROBERT SUTTON MANACK, and MARY

JOSEPHINE MANACK, and upon the following terms and conditions
and upon the terms and conditions set oat in ARTICLE EIGHTH of

this Will:
1. TRUST PERIOD. The Trust herein
created shall come into existence as soon as Twist property is
received by the Tr:~stee from my Personal Represe~:tatives and
shall m ntinue as hereinafter provided.
2. SITUS OF TRUST "B" . The situs
of TRUST "created in the ARTICLE SEVENTH shatt be the State
