encumbrances upon the Charles County,
Maryland, residential property described
in ARTICLE THIRD hereof during the entire
period of titnts from tle time of my death
until tl~e termination ~of said .Trust created
j in ARTICLE THIRD of this Wilt and pay said
funds directly to MARGARET LOUISE
EAGLOSKI, as Trustee, or to her Successor
Trustee, upon presentation of statements,
bills, or vouchers for said expenses.
b. When t he oldest living child of
PATRICIA ANN MANACK attains the age of
28 years, my Trustee of this Trust shall then
divide "TRUST B" into equal shares as
follows:
j (1) One share for each of the then
living children of my said daughter, PATRICIA f

~ ANN MANACK, and one share for the then living
lawful issue of each of my said daughter's
~ deceased children, per stirpes.
(2) Each share set aside for the
issue of a deceased child of my said daughter

shall be distributed to such issue upon the grin- q

cipal of representation, and shall be held
and accumulated and then paid over at the
time my said daughter's deceased child would
have attained the age of 28 years, if living.
