children theretofore deceased leaving no
issue then living, but including, by right of

to the principal of "TRUST A" created under

managed and distributed by my Trustee for
the uses and purposes and upon the terms
ami conditions appertaining to "TRUST A".

ARTICLE EIGHTH. GENERAL PROVISION
The following provisions shall apply to any

wise:
g A. Payment to or for Incompetents or Minors.
My Trustee may make distributions for the benefit of any adult bene-
~ ficia'ry hereunder directly to that beneficiary. My Trustee may make
payments for the benefit of any minor beneficiary, or for the benefit
of any beneficiary under disability, by making payments to the Guardian
