of the person of the beneficiary or to tl~e parent of the beneficiary,
if a minor, except that my Trustee is not to make any payments
whatsoever to JOHN M. MANACK, the father of the children of
PATRICIA ANN MANACK, even though he may secure appoi»tment
as Guardian of his said children.. My Trustee may make distribu-
tions in direct payment of the beneficiary's expenses of the types
which the Trustee is authorized hereby to meet if the the beneficiary
is a minor or incompetent. Sums necessary for the support, main-
tenance, and education may be made directly to any minor bens ficiary
who has attained sufficient age and discretion to render it probable
that the monies wilt be property expended.
B. Restraint on Alienation, No ~aar# of the
income or corpus of any of the Trusts herein created, nor any pro-
vision for any beneficiary, shall be sr~bject to anticipation, assign-
. meet, levy, hypothecation, or encumbrance, in any manner of form,
by any beneficiary, and none of said property, nor any provision

or obligations of any such beneficiary, or the claims or demands of

any person against a beneficiary.
~ C. Rule Against Perpetuities. The Trusts
created under this Will shall, in any event, terminate 21 years after
the death of the last survivor of such of the beneficiaries of the Trusts
created here:~nder as shall be living at the time of my death, and
thereupon, the property held in Trust shalt be distributed, discharged
_ of trust, to the then income bens ficiaries thereof, in accordance with
their respective interests in each particular Trust.
