Unless otherwise specifically indicated under the terms of this
Will, any distribution of income required to be made under any

Trust created under this Will shalt be made at times fixed by the
Trustee,. but at least as often as quarter-annually.
ARTICLE NINTH. SIMULTANEOUS DEATH
In the event any beneficiary named in this
Wilt and I die simultaneously or under such circumstances that
tle re is not sufficient evidence that we died other than simultan-
eoristy, such beneficiary shall be considesed, for the purposes
of the pperation of my Wilt, to-have predeceased me.
ARTICLE TENTH. PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND TRUSTEE
A. Apfiointment of Personal Representative.
1 appoint MARGARET LOUISE EAGLOSKI and PATRICIA ANN
MANACK as Co -Personal Representatives of .my Estate. If either
of the above named Co-Personal Representatives predecease me or ~
fait to qualify as Co-Personal Representative, or, having qualified
dies, resigns,or becomes incapacitated during the period of admini -
stration, then 1 direct that the surviving and/or remaining person
shall have full power to be the sole Personal Representative of my
Estate. In the event both of my said Co-Personal Representative pre-
decease me, ar fait to qualify as Co-Personal Representatives, or,
having qualified, die, resign, or become incapacitated driring die
period of administration, then I hereby nominate and appoint my
attorney, DOROTHEA WATSON, 32~D N. Magnolia, 1-A, Orlando,
Florida, as Successor Personal Representative of my Estate.
