B. Appointment of Attorn ey. I direct
that my Personal Representatives employ the services of my
attorney, DOROTHEA WATSON, in alt proceedings in regard
to t ~ administration of my Estate.
C. Appointment of Trustees.
1. Appointment of Trustee for "TRUST
A" created in ARTICLE SIXTH of my Wilt. I appoint MARGARET
LOUISE EAGLOSKI to serve as Trustee of "TRUST A" created
for the benefit of her children under ARTICLE SIXTH of my Witl.
In the event MARGARET LOUISE EAGLOSKI is not willing or able
to serve as Trustee of "TRUST A", I appoint her husband, -NORBERT
EAGLOSKI to serve as Trustee of "TRUST A"for the beyrefit of
his children.
2. Appointment of Trustee for "TRUST
B" created in ARTICLE SEVENTH of my Will. I appoint my daughter,
PATRICIA ANN MANACK, to serve as Trustee of "TRUST B" created
j for the benefit of her children under ARTICLE SEVENTH of my Will.

In the event PATRICIA ANN MANACK is not wilting or able to serve

~ as Trustee of "TRUST B", I appoint my daughter, MARGARET
LOUISE EAGLOSKI, to serve as Trustee of "TRUST B" created
for the benefit of the children of PATRICIA ANN MANACK; and, in
the event MARGARET LOUISE EAGLOSKI is not willing or able to
serve as Trustee of "TRUST B", I appoint her lu~sband, NORBERT
EAGLOSKI, to serve as Trustee of "TRUST "B" for the benefit of
the children of PATRICIA ANN MANACK.
