I further direct that, under no circum-
stances shalt JOHN M. MANACK be appointed as Trustee of any
Trust under my Will.
3. Appointment of Trustees for Trust
Created under Article THIRD of Will. I appoint MARGARET -

LOUISE EAGLOSKI to serve as Trustee of the Trust created for the
benefit of the children of PATRICIA ANN MANACK under ..ARTICLE
THIRD of my Will in the event PATRICIA ANN MANACK predeceases
me. In the event MARGARET LOUISE EAGLOSKI is unwilling or
unable to serve as Trustee of the Trust created in ARTICLE THIRD
of my Wilt, 1 appoint her husband, NORBERT EAGLOSKI, to serve

as Trustee of the Trust created for the benefit of the children of

PATRICIA ANN MANACK, under ARTICLE THIRD of my Will.
C. Waiver of Bond. I direct that no
Personal Representatives and Trustees named in this Article shalt
be required to furnish any bond or other security in any jurisdiction
for the faithful performance of her or his duties as such, the same
~ being specifically waived hereby.
D. Accounting. I hereby waive compliance
by my Trustees with the provisions of Chapter 737 of the Florida
Statutes as it now exists or as it may hereafter be amended, and I
further waive compliance with any other law now or hereafter in
c effect requiring qualification, administration, or filing of accountings
by my Trustees to any Court.
E. Accountings By Trustee. My Trustee
