principal, which apportionment shall fatty protect my said fidu-
curies with respect to any action taken or payments made in
reliance thereon.
10. To exercise all conversion, subscrip-
tion, voting, and d her rights of whatsoever nature pertaining to
any such property and to grant proxies, discretionary or-otherwise,
in respect thereof.
11. To consent to and participate in any
plan of reorganization, consolidation, merger, combination, or
other similar plan, and to consent to any contract, lease, mortgage,
purchase, sate, or other action by any corporation pursuant to such
- plan.
12. To carry out and consummate any and
all contracts entered into by me during my lifetime, and to execute
any and alt instruments, deeds, satisfaction, or other instruments
necessary to consummate said contracts. _
ARTICLE TWELFTH. DECLARATION OF INTENT
E 1 make no bequest or provision herein for my

husband, JOSEPH LOUIS AVIGNE, not only for the reason that he
~ has a substantial Estate in his own right, but for the further reasons
that he does not desire any such provision to be made for him, ~d
we have mutually agreed that each shall leave his or her respective
Estate to his or her respective issue, and also because my Estate
consists principally of property acquired and accumulated prior to
-my marriage to JOSEPH LOUIS AVIGNE. .
