ARTICLE THLRTEENTH. DEFIIVITIONS
Whenever used in this Wiit, untess the c~on-
text of any passage thereof requires otherwise:
A. The term "Trustee" mea»s the singular
or muttipte Trustees appointed herein, as well as their Substitutes
and Successors. -
B. The~ term "Income" shalt mean net
income after the payment of all Trust administration expenses,
Trustees' fees, and taxes, other than beneficiary income taxes.
C. The term "Issue" shall be timited to
lawful issue and shalt include descendants by blood crnd persons
conceived but not yet born. -
D. The terms "child" and "children" of
MARGARET LOUISE EAGLOSKI shatt mean her descendants by
blood of the first degree and shall not include any child that she might
legalty adopt.
