interpretation of this Will, acrd I direct that they be disregarded
in construing the provisions of this Will.
ARTICLE FIFTEENTH
In the event that all the persons reamed as
Trustees and Successor Trustees in ARTICLES THIRD, SIXTH,
SEVENTH, and TENTH hereof are not willing or able to serve as
Trustee, I then appoint my granddaugther, SHARON LOUISE
KINDER, to serve as Trustee of said Trusts, under the same
terms and conditions, and with the same powers, as set forth
hereinabove. 1 further direct that she riot be required to furnish
any bond or other security in any jurisdiction, the same being
specifically waived hereby. ~ _
In the event it is necessary to have an-
cillary administration of my Estate in the State of Maryland, and
in the event both my daughters, PATRICIA ANN MANACK and
MARGARET LOUISE EAGLOSKI, are unwilling or unable to serve
as Ancillary Administratrix in the State of Maryland, I appoint
NORBERT EAGLOSKI to serve as Ancillary Administrator in
the State of Maryland. If he is umuilling or unable to serve as
Ancillary Administrator, I then appoint my granddaughter,
e SHARON LOUISE KINDER, to serve as such Ancillary Administratrix.
I specifically waive posting of bond or
other security by any person named in this Will as Ancillary
Administrator in the State of Maryland. I further direct that
said person appointed as Ancillary Administrator shalt have
