PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATION
The Petitioner, PATSY OLA ADAMS, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
mother of the decedent. Petitioner's name and address are
PATSY OLA ADAMS, 805 North 27th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida,
and the name and address of Petitioner's attorney°are as set
forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, ANDRE ADAMS, whose last known address was
850 North 27th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on December 28,
1978, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death decedent
was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent are:
