FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS MATTER coming on for consideration upon the Motion
for Entry of Final Judgment, and it appearing to the Court
that the parties herein have stipulated to the entry of a
Final Judgment in this matter, and to the dismissal with
prejudice of Defendant's Third Party Complaint, and the Court
being otherwise fully advised in-the premises, it is
ORDERED that the Defendant's Third Party Complaint filed
herein against Commercial Funding, Inc., be, and the same is E
hereby dismissed with prejudice. It is further
ORDERED that the Plaintiff, CHEMICAL BANK, does have,
receive and recover from the Defendant, JAMES K. JONES, dba
i Ft. Pierce Tire Company, the sum of Fourteen Thousand Eight -
Hundred Four Dollars ($14,804.00), for which amount let
Execution issue forthwith.
