RUSSELL, recover from the Defendants, FLORIDA EAST COAST
RAILWAY COMPANY, a Florida corporation,
the sum of THREE HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND ($315,000.00)
DOLLARS, for which let execution issue. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court reserves jurisdiction
for entrance of cost judgment to be heard upon proper notice
and filing of the motion.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
