acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to grantee, their heirs
and assigns forever, an easement for ingress and egress over the fol-

for the benefit of and as an easement appurtenant to the following de-

lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, less the North 510 feet thereof.
