THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court on this

13 day of March, 1979, upon the Wife's Motion To -Vacate Order
Of Dismissal for failure to prosecute, and the Court having examined
the Motion and heard the argument of counsel and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. That the Order Of Dismissal rendered on September 15,
1978, dismissing for lack of prosecution the case of ISAAC JEFFERSON,

Husband, and JOANNE JEFFERSON, Wife, Case No. ?7-269 FR, be, and
is hereby ordered vacated as to the dismissal of .said case but that

the Order of September 15, 1978, as recorded in O.R. Book 294, Pages
m
1055, 1057, 1058, 1059 and 1060, be, and is hereby ordered to con-
tinue in effect as to all other cases and actions set forth in said
order.
2. -That the Case of ISAAC~JEFFERSON, Husband, and JOANNE
JEFFERSON, Wife, Case No. 77-269 FR, be, and is hereby Ordered rein-
s stated, and the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial
~ Circuit, in and for Saint Lucie County, Florida, be, and is hereby
Ordered to place this cause back on it's list of cases of Dissolution
