This cause came before the Court on motion of
CRENSHAW &CRENSHAW, P.A., KENNETH B. CRENSHAW and PHILLIP T.
CRENSHAW, .as counsel of record .for Defendants, RICHARD
FLANZBAUM, TREASURE COAST BUILDERS, INC. and LANDPOWER
INVESTMENTS, INC. On due notice of hearing, the Court heard
argument of counsel and has been otherwise fully advised in
the premises. Upon consideration, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the motion of CRENSHAW &
CRENSHAW, P.A., KENNETH B. CRENSHAW and PHILLIP T. CRENSHAW,
to withdraw as counsel of record for RICHARD FLANZBAUM,
TREASURE COAST BUILDERS, INC. and LANOPOWER.INVESTMENTS, INC.,
E be, and it hereby is, granted, and said counsel are hereby

The Defendants are hereby cautioned to immediately
