Easement and the full enjoyment hereof for the full term here-
of and any. renewals or extensions hereof. If, by reason of
default on the part of the other party, the other party's
~~ossession of its premises is terminated through foreclosure
proceedings brought by the holder of any mortgage or deed of
trust to which either of the parties' premises is subject or
subordinate, the other .party will attorn to the purchaser in
such foreclosure proceedings, as the case may be, and will
recognize such purchaser as the successor party under this
Easement Agreement. Each of the parties shall execute and
deliver, at any time and from time to time, upon request of
the other or the holder of any mortgage or deed of trust cover-
ing either property hereunder, any instrument which may be
necessary or appropriate to evidence such attornment. The
provisions of this paragraph shall be binding upon trustees
in deeds of trust, mortgagees in mortgages and receivers and
purchasers at any sale pursuant hereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the rights and easements hereby granted
to the respective parties., their heirs, assigns and successors
in title for the full term or extension thereof herein specified;
it being agreed that the rights and easements hereby granted are.
for the common use of, appurtenant to and run with the leasehold
interest of FAIRLANE and the fee simple title of KUTSCHINSKI.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the parties have caused this document
to be executed and their seals to be affixed as of the day and
