COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE MEr:ORANDUM OF LEASE
RONALD C. KUTSCHINSKI, Trustee, and RONALD C. KUTSCHINSKI,
Individually, hereby leases to FAIRLANE/LITCHFIELD CO., INC.,
a South Carolina corporation, for a term beginning August 15,
1979, or on the date whereon erection and constructipn of a -
theatre building on said premises shall be completed, whichever
date shall first occur, and continuing for a maximum term of
forty (40) years, including extensions and renewals, if any, the
property more particular~•~ described on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made apart hereof.
The provisions set forth in a written ground lease agree-
ment between the parties dated the 21st day of tlovember, 1978,
and First Lease ?codification Agreement dated February 26, 1979,
are hereby incorporated in this I•iemorandum. -
