ORDER OF CONTEMPT
This cause came on to be heard on the Plaintiff's
Motion for Contempt and the Court having heard the evidence
and being duly adivsed in the premises, it is herein
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Defendant, RICHARD FLANZBAUM, is adjudged
to be in contempt of this Court for failure to deliver the
assets of Treasure Goast Builders, Inc., and his own personal
assets to the Receiver in accordance with the Court's Order
Appointing Receiver dated February 20, 1979.
2. That as punishment for his contempt, the Defendant,
RICHARD FLANZBAUNI, shall be confined in the County Jail for a

r period of ten (10) days. Said sentence shall be withheld if _
~ the Defendant prior to 9:00 a.m. on March 13, 1979, does the
following:
(a) executes aii assignment on behalf of Treasure Coast
~ Builders, Inc., assigning to Franklin A. Harris as receiver the .
right to receive and possess: (1) the sum of $1,040.00 held by
~ Abstract and Title Corporation in escrow; said sum being the
balance of the proceeds from the sale of Lot 1, Block 712,
Port St. Lucie Section 18 by Treasure Coast Builders, Inc.,
to Patrick J. O'Teri and Joyce K. O'Teri, his wife; and (2) _
the sum of $5,000.00 held in escrow by Abstract and Title
_ Corporation or due from Seacoast Homes, Inc.; said sum being ,
