Port St. Lucie Section 18 from Treasure Coast Builders, Inc,,
to Seacoast Homes, Inc.; and,
(b) That the Defendant RICHARD FLANZBAUM deliver his
personal checking account records including cancelled checks
and checkbook ledger to the Receiver FRanklin A. Harris; and,
(c) That the Defendant RICHARD FLA*1ZBAUM deliver to
Qc~r• ire
the Rsai~~.Franklin A. Harris all savings account records
and passbooks for savings accounts titled in his individual
name.
3. That upon affidavit or other sworn proof submitted
to the Court showing that the Defendant RICHARD FLANZBAUM
has not carried out these actions specified in paragraph 2(a),
(b) and (c) of this Order by 9:00 a.m. March 13, 1979, the
Court shall forthwith enter an Order of Commitment ordering
the arrest and confinement of the Defendant RICHARD FLANZBAUM
in the County Jail for a period of ten (10) days.
4. That the Defendant may purge h?_mself at any time
by carrying out those actions outlined in paragraph 2(a), (b)
and (c) of this Order.
