ISAAC JEFFERSON, Husband,
and
JOANNE JEFFERSON, Wife.
FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial before the Court on
the 13th day of March, 1979, upon the Wife's Petition for Dissolution
of Marriage and the Court finding that the Husband, ISAAC JEFFERSON,
was properly served with process and that a default was entered
against the Husband, and the Court having heard the testimony of
witnesses and having considered all of the evidence, the Court finds
that it has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of
this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between
the parties; that the marriage between-the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved, and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED-AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage of
the Wife, JOANNE JEFFERSON, be, and is hereby ordered granted and it
be and is hereby further ordered that the marriage between ISAAC
~ JEFFERSON and JOANNE JEFFERSON, be, and the same is hereby ordered
dissolved a vinculo and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
~ them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
