hereby agree to be bound by the covenants and aqceements contained in Uniform Covenanta numbered 1
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18, 19, 20~ 22, and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is located and
in which this Mortgage ia offered for recocd on the date~ in the volume and~ at the page as follows:

Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 throuqh 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20, 22~ and 23 of this Mortqage. Bacrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property, Borrower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Propecty~ Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Boirower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into thi~ Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
~ 21. Future Advances. Upon request by Bon~ower, Lender, at Lender's option w~thin twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances~ with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgaqe when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage. not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage~ exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US $ None _
