This agreement, made this~~-day of February, 1979,
between S. G. BROCK and THORA BROCK, his wife, hereinafter called
"FIRST PARTIES", and IVAN WALDEN and BARBARA J. WALDEN, his wife,
7601 Hibiscus Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, hereinafter ~
called "SECOND PARTIES",
W I T N E S S E T H: ~

That if Second Parties shall first make the payments and ~
perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to be
made and performed, First Parties hereby covenant and agree to
convey and assure to Second Parties, their heirs, personal repre-
sentatives or assigns, in fee simple, free from all encumbrances,
by a good and sufficient warranty deed, the following described _
property situtate in St. Lucie County, Florida;
The South 60 feet and the East 278.21 feet of Lot -
12, North of the Sunshine State Parkway and Rock
Road right-of-way, in the NE'~ of Section 23, Town-
~ ship 35 South, Range 39 East, as shown on the MODEL
LAND COMPANY plat filed in Plat Book 2, page 10-D,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ Second Parties hereby covenant and agree to pay First Parties the

E sum of TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE DOLLARS
