~NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
The undersigned hereby gives notice of the commencement
of certain construction pursuant to Section 713.13 of the Florida
Statutes and states the following:
(a) The real property to be improved in located in
St. Lucie County, Florida and is more particularly described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. The street address of said prop-
erty is: 1717 South 4th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
(b) The improvement to be performed is the construction of
a commercial building consisting of 13,200 square feet and parking
lot, landscaping and related facilities.
(c) The owner of the property described above is RONALD C.
KUTSCHINSRI, whose address is 2801 South U. S. Highway 1, Suite 12,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and whose interest in the property
described is fee simple ownership.

(d) The name and address of the contractor performing the
improvement is: SCHENANDOAH BUILDERS, INC., 3802 Oleander Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
(e) The name and address of the surety on the payment bond
