13. BY THE EXECUTION OF THIS CONTRACT, BUYER HEREBY
CERTIFIES THAT HE HAS PER60NALLY INSPECTED THE ABOVE DESCRIBED
LANDS PRIOR TO THE EXECUTION OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND THAT SELLER
HAS NOT PROMISED OR REPRESENTED ANY IMPROVEMENTS WHICH HAVE NOT
BEE~i COMPLETED.
~ . 14. It is understood and agreed that this Contract
constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and shall
inure to the benefit of and be binding upon their respective
heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns who shall
be deemed included in the terms "Seller" and "Buyer" whenever
herein employed. "Seller" and "Buyer" are used for singular and
plural, as context requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed these
presents under seal the day and year first above written.
