partial releases from this Mortgage on the following terms and conditions:
(a) That neither this Mortgage nor the Note secured hereby, nor
any of the covenants contained therein arA in default at the
time of such partial release. ~
(b) That the mortgaged premises be declarec? and established into
a residential condominium witt~ 68 uni~s, subject to the
approval and joinder ofi the Mortgagee in said Declaration.
(c) That the Aiortgagor pay to the Mortgagee a sum equal to
