RESOLUTION NO. 78- 55
ti4HEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida, held a public hearing on the 6th day of June,
1978, after first publishing a notice of ~aid hearing in the News .
Tribune at Fozt Pierce, Florida, on the 9t1~ day of May, 1978, on
closing, vacating and abandoning that portion of the following
descri~.~d right of way, and renouncing and disclaiming any right of~
St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands lying within
that portion of said right of way in St. Lucie Coi~nty, Florida
described as follows: ~
A strip of land 80 feet wide, lying Northwest of, parallel
and contiguous to the following described line, said line
being the Southeast right of way line of FFA Road:
From the S: corner~of Section 21, Township 35 South, Ranye
39 East run Northeasterly 5,856.65 feet, more or less,
to the Northeast corner of said Section 21, excepting
ther~from that.part lying in the k~ of said Section 21,
all rights of way for drainage canals and public roads
and the Florida Power & Light Company right of way.
Containing 10.1 acres, more or less. ,
and
WHEREAS, at said public he~ring there were no objections to
closing, vacating and abandoning said right of way and renouncing
; and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and the public in
` and to the lands l~•ing within said right of way, and in the opinion
