On this day there came before this Court for consideration
the matter of probate of the last will and testament of HANS
STOFFERS, late of Cook County, Illinois, and it appearing to
the satisfaction of the Court that the last will and testament
has been duly admitted to probate and record in the Probate
Division of the Circuit Court in and for Cook County,~Illinois,
a court of probate jurisdiction; that th e will complies-with
the laws of the State of Florida as to form and manner of
execution and operates to devise an interest in real-property
' in this County, legally described as follaws:

~ Lot 2, Block 140, LAI~WOOD PARK UNIT NO. 11, according
~ to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, page
~ 32, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida

duly authenticated copies of the petition for its probate and
~ the order admitting it to probate in the proper Court of the
