8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent
be dist=ibuted to SUN BANR OF ST. LUCIS COUNTY as Trustee
of the ROLLEN R. MARTIN REVOCASLE TRUST AGREEMENT dated
August 3, 1970, pursuant to the assignment attached hereto.
9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 10,
10. T'he original of the decedent's last will, dated
Auqust 4, 1970, accompanies this petition.
11. Decedent's Will does not direct administration
as required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioner
requests that the decedent's last will be admitted to probate
and an order of sw~nary administration be entered directing
distributi,on of the asssts in the estate in accordance with
the schedule set forth in Paragraph 8 of this petition.
