Executor of this Will.
My Executor is invested with full power and authority ~

to sell, convey, transfer and assign any and al~l personal
property and real estate belonging to my estate.

CLAUSE IV: In the event that my wife, JOSEPHINE K. ~
MARTIN, and I die under such circumstances that it cannot

be determined which of us predeceased the other, I direct ;

that it shall be conclusively presumed that I predeceased - }

my said wife, and the provisions of this Will, and any ~

Codicil hereto, shall be construed and the distribution of ~

property shall be governed and regulated as if I had, in ~
fact, predeceased my said wife.
CLAUSE V: To the extent that my. probate estate is '
I insufficient therefor, I direct that all inheritance, legacy
; or estate taxes on my estate or on any portion thereof, or
