Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19~ 20~ 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
referencea to the Property~ Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above deacribed maater form of i
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shatl be construed to mean the Property. Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Boirower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
haeby incorporated by reference into this Mortqage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and aq~ee
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option w~thin twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advanc~s~ with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortqage when evidenced by promissocy notea atating that said
notea are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedr?es4 seceued by this Mort-
