Such provisions a4 are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenanta 18, 19~ 20~ 22~ and 23 of this Mortgaqe. Borrower and Lender agree that all
referenc~a to the Property~ Borrower~ Lender and ~ Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property~ Borcower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borroarer acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby inco~porated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Bonower and Lender further covenant and aqree

21. Future Advances: Upon request by Borrower~ Lender~ at Lender's option w~thin twenty years
from the date of this Mortgaqe, may make Futuce Advances to Boirower. S~~ch -Future Advances, with

notes are secu~+ed hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
