~of the United States, the holder of those certain mortgages (the "Mort-
gages") beinq more particularly described as follows: (i) Mortgaqe
and Security Agreement, dated October 27, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book
~ 259, page 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and (ii) ;
second-in-priority Mortgage and Security Aqreement, dated October 27,
1976, recorded in O.R. Book 259, page 1276, aforesaid records, exe-
cuted by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. ("Mortgagor") to CONTINENTAL
ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AI~1D TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO ("Mortqagee").
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
, considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby ac-
• knawledged, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and
r-~`, discharge from the lien, security interest and operation of ~the said
Mortgages unto the Mortgagor, its successor.s and assigns, that cer-

This instrument releases said Condominium Parcel from the lien and
~ c b security interest of the Mortgages, and from the effect of any instru-
