ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
AND OTHER INSTRUMENTS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That SOUTHEAST FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF MIAMI, a national banking association, party of the first
part, in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 (s10.00)
Dollars, and other valuable considerations, received from or
on behalf of SOCIETY FOR SAVING5, 31 Pratt Street, Hartford, CT
06101, party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set
over unto the said party of the second part the following instru-
ments (collectively referred to as the "Encumbering Instruments"):
A. Mortgage executed by Ryerson Haynes Realty, Inc.,
a Delaware corporation, in favor of Southeast First ~
National Bank of Miami dated November 23, 1976 and .
recorded in Official Records Book 260 at Page 1296
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
securing that certain Promissory Note in the origi-
nal principal amount of Two Million Five Hundred
Thousand and 00/100 (52,500,000.00) Dollars. .
B. Conditional Assignment of Rents and Leases executed
by Ryerson $ Haynes Realty, Inc., a Delaware corpo-
ration, in favor of Southeast First National Bank
of Miami dated November 23, 1976 and recorded in
Official Records Book 260 at Page 1304 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
C. Uniform Commercial Code Financing Statement executed
by Ryerson $ Haynes Realty, Inc., a Delaware corpo-
ration, in favor of Southeast First National Bank of
Miami recorded in Official Records Book 260 at Page
1308 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
~which encumber the property described in the Encumbering Instru-
~ ments.
~ Together with the note or obligation described in any and
E all Encumbering Instruments and the monies due and to become due
~ thereon, with interest.
