Mortgage when evidencod by promissory nota stating that said nota are socurod hercby. At no time shall tbe principal ~
amount of the i~debtedness securcd by this Mongage. not including sums advanced in aocordanoe herewith to protect the
security of this Mortgage. cxceed the original a~nount of the Note plus USS ~
22. Rdeasa UpQn paymeat of all sums secured by thu Mortgage. Lender shall release this Mortgage without charge
to Borrower. Borrower shall p~y all costs of recordatan, if any. '
