Propeny. including those put due. All nnts collceted by the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of
maaagement of the Ptopeny and collection of rcnts, including, but not limited to, receiver
s fas. premiums on roceiver's
bonds and reasoaable attorney's fees, and then to the sums secured by this Mortgage. The receiver sh:p be liable to account
only for those rents actually received. .
21. Fature Ad~anca. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Leoder's option within twenty years from the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advanca to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with interat ihereon. shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said nota are secured hereby. At no time shall the qiacipal
amount of the indebtednas secured by this Mortgage. not including syms advanced in aocordance herewith to protect the

22. Rdeaea Upoo payment of all sums socurod by this Mortgage. Lender shall release thia Mortgage without chuge
