ASSIGNMENT OF JUDGMENT
RNOiii ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS t
That Gulfstream Broadcastinq Campany, Inc., a corporation
existinq under the laws of the State of F].orida, party of the first
part, in consideration of the sum of $1,750.00 (ONE THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS AND NO/100), and other valuable considerations,
received from or on behalf of Daniel Nankovitch and Olga K. Nankovitch,
his wife, parties of the second part, at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does hereb~y•qrant, bargin, sell, assign, tr~nsfer and set over unto
the said parties of the second part a certain Summary Final Judgment
bearing date the llth day of October A.D. 1978, in favor of Gulfstream
Broadcastinq Company, Inc., aqainst Preview Aomes, being Case No. 78-
1245 CC, County Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, which
Judgment was in the amount of $2,025.50, a certified copy of which
was recorded on October 16, 1978 at Official Records Book 296, Page 112,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. This Sssigiunent is made
without recourse.
