This cause having come on for hearing upon.the sworn petition of
MARGUERITE JANE SMITH for a decree changing her name to PEGGY JAI~ HAM~LTON,
and it appearing to the court that said petitioner is an actual bona fide
resident of St. Lucie County, Florida and the court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon, upon consideration thereof:
CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND DECREED by the court that the said petition
be, and the same is hereby granted; and that the name of MARGUERITE JANE
SMITH be, and the same is, changed to PEGGY JANE NAMILTON, by which name -
the petitioner shall ever be known.
DONE ArID ORDERED in Chambers afi Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
