Plaintiff's Motion to Tax Costs, and the Court having considered
the-Affidavit filed with the Motion to this Judgment it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff have and
~ recover its costs from the Defendant,. MEL ELKINS, in the amount -
of Seven hundred eighty-three and 67/100 ($783.67) dollars, for
which let execution issue.
