SPECIAL ORDER TAXING COSTS
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on the Court's own motion
to tax costs under F.S. 768.44(2) (i) and the Court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the expenses for service upon
the hearing panel by John N. Sims, M.D. and John A. Darlson, Esquire
is hereby taxed in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) to be

~ paid to each of the above panel members. The claimant shall pay one
= half of this amount, and the defendants shall pay one half of this
i ~

~ amount. Payments shall be made directly to the panel members and
! within thirty (30) days of the date of this order.
