CONTINENTAL ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO,
a national banking association organized and existing under the laws
of the United States, the holder of those certain mortqages (the "Mort-
gages") being more particularly described as follows: (i) Mortgage
and Secuiity Agreement, dated October 27, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book
259, page 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and (ii)
second-in-priority Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated October 27,
1976, recorded in O.R. Book 259, page 1276, aforesaid records, exe-
cuted by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. ("Mortgagor") to CONTINENTAL
ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO ("Mortgagee"), ;
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
e considerations, the receipt and-sufficiency of which are hereby ac-
~ knowledged, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and
r-,~s discharge from the 1ien, security interest and operation of the said
Mortgages unto the Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that cer-
tain ortion of the Premises encumbered by the Mortgages more
~ ~ ~particu arly described as follows:
o~ That certain Condominium Parcel, being Unit No. 1003, a Condo-
~ a r, minium in accordance with and subject to the covenants, condi-
tions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that "De-
o o claration of Condominium for Hutchinson Island Club, a Condo-
~°`Y' minium" recorded in O. R. Book 254, page 2128, et. se~. , Public
Records of said County and all Amendments thereto, including
an undivided interest in the Common Elements of said Condominiwn

This instrument releases said Condominium Parcel from the lien and
~ v~i security interest of the Mortgages, and from the effect of any instru- -
a~~ ments of record modifying or supporting said Mortgages.

~'~s~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated, and
' 3~~ discharged of and from the lien and security interest of the Mortgages
f ~ and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
~ herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the ef-
I fect, lien, security interest, or encumbrance of the Mortgages on the
f ~ m~ remaining part of said Premises, not hereby or heretofore released
, therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
