as OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMLRICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as ahown
by the plat recorded in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat
Book 16, Page 1:1A through 1J, and according to the
Declaration of Coadominium as recorded in Official Record
Book 186, Page 2720, and anq. and all Amendments thereto
that have been recorded in the St. Lucie County, Florida,
public records;
was married on February 9. 1978, which date is that of Quit Claim
Deed as recorded in Official Record Book 282, Page 759, St. Lucie County,
Florida~ public records, and he did not use sub~ect land for his homestead
from June l, 1973 to February 9, 1978.
