THIS CAUS~. came on to be heard on the Sth day of March,
1979, upon the Motions of BENJAMIN F. LUKE, to Dismiss, to Vacate
Temporary Child Custody Order, For Family Study and upon the
Petition For Temporary Visitation Rights, and the Court having
examined the pleadings and having heard the argument of Counsel, ~
and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the father's Motion To Dismiss, be, and is
~ hereby ordered denied.
2. That it be and is hereby ardered that this Court
I does reserve jurisdiction and ruling on the Motion To Vacate. ~
~ 3. That the Petition for Temporary Visitation Rights

= 18, 1979, and on the Sunday oF every other week thereafter, and
_ that biARY ELLEN GAETZ, be, and is hereby ordered to make the minor
child, DERRICK ALAN LUKE, available to the paternal grandparents,
' MR. and MRS. STANLEY BORIS, in order that the paternal grandparents

' may exercise the temporary visitation rights as set forth herein-
