from the physical custody of MARY ELLEN GAETZ or from the
physical custody of any other person or persons, wherever the
child may be located and to have the minor child, DERRICK ALAN,
LUKE, to visit with them in their home in Fort Pierce, Florida,
or at such other places as MR. and MRS. BORIS may desire, during
the times of visitation as set forth hereinabove.
5. That MARY ELLEN GAETZ, be, and is hereby ordered
to keep MR. and MRS. STANLEY BORIS apprised of her phone number
or phone numbers at which they may notify MARY ELLEN GAETZ of
their intention to exercise their visitation rights and MARY
ELLEN GAETZ, be, and is hereby further ordered to keep MR. and

MRS. STANLEY BORIS apprised of her address at which they can ;
pick up the minor child on the Sundays to which they are entitled
to visitation with the minor child.

6. That the Motion for a Family Custody Study ~f the
father, be, and is hereby ordered granted, and the Division of t
Family Services of the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, be, and is hereby ordered to make a study of the homes

~ of MARY ELLEN GAETZ, BENJAMIN F. LUKE, the paternal grandparents
i
and the maternal .grandparents of the minor child, DERRICK ALAN
I

€ LUKE, and to make said study and to report it's findings to this

~ Court.

~ are hereby ordered enjoined and restrained from interfering with,
~ harrassing, assaultin batterin or mole

' their authorized deputies are ordered to enforce this restraining
