This cause coming before the Cotirt upon request of
Department of Health arid Rehabilitative Services for protective
order, 3nd the Court having been advised in the premises, it is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the request of the Depart-

ment of Health and Rehabilitative Services is granted.

~ It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, however, that a
~
i
i representative of the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
~
~ Services, District IX, is ordered to meet with counsel for the
~
~ parties, at its Offices at Fort Pierce, Florida, and make avail-
~
~ able for inspection all official records or information per-
i
~ taining to the children involved in this action which repre-
d
~ sentatives of the Department determine should be made available
~
~
# to counsel for the respective parties. In the event that the
; Department determines that certain information sought should =

~ not be made available to counsel for the respective parties,
~
then, that information should be retained by the Department

= and presented to the Court by hearing, upon notice to all parties,
