ORDER
~ This cause having come on for hearing upon the Motion for
Re-Hearing and New Trial, and the Court having heard evidence
and argument of counsel, and being otherwise duly advised upon
the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the custody arrangements ordered in the Final
Judgment be and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed.
2. That the Husband is hereby ordered to pay one-half of
the remaining balance in the savings account to the Wife, or
his attorney, as soon as is reasonably possible.
DONE AND ORDERED at Vero Beach, Indian River County,
; rlorida, this day of March, 1979.
